Tokusen HyTech, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokusen USA, Inc., will operate under the business name of HyTech Spring and Machine Corp. HyTech is known for Springs and Machined parts for Automotive, Medical, and Aerospace Industries allowing Tokusen to become more diversified.
